| The contract involves the construction of a prestige 3 storey house with basement. The basement has been constructed using Sika waterproof concrete. The drainage is both pumped and gravity fed into the existing system. The foundations are reinforced concrete ground beams on 450 diameter piles. The hard landscaping will be slabs and Marshalls Tegula block paving The contract is due to be complete for December 2010. |
