| Contract Description - |
| The contract involves the construction of 24 number flats in the centre of Kettering. The foundations are a combination of both piled and mass pour. Aden constructed all the units up to DPC and installed the block and beam. The surface drainage is stored in an attenuation system for later discharge into the main system. The majority of the services are to be contained within the adjacent public footpaths. Project is due for completion December 2010. |
