| Contract Description - |
| The contract is for the construction of a new sports hall for an existing school. It is a typical portal frame construction consisting of mass pour concrete foundations with cast in holding down bolts. A new macadam car park is being built and a large water retention tank placed to limit surcharge to the existing drainage system. There are 4no. 7meter deep soakaways to be constructed. New services are being installed and approx 5000m2 infra structure works for new playing fields and long jumps. |
