| Contract Description - |
| The contract was for the construction of a new art and technology building for an existing school. It was a typical portal frame construction consisting of mass pour concrete foundations with cast in holding down bolts. A new macadam carpark was built and a large water retention tank placed to limit surcharge to the existing drainage system. New services were installed and approx 5000m2 of soft landscaping provided to complete. |
