| Contract Description - |
| The contract involved the building of a new 6th form boarding house within the grounds of the existing school. The foundations were mass pour with claymaster to the vertical faces. The floor construction was block and beam. The drainage was a combination of soakaways and gravity fed into the existing sewers. The hard landscaping was a combination of tarmac and block paving. Contract was completed end of June 2010. |
