| This is the building of a new sports facility for St Michaels Catholic School in Watford. The construction is a typical portal frame on mass concrete foundations. The ground and upper floors are reinforced concrete slabs with a light float finish in preparation to receive screed. The drainage schemes either connected onto existing systems or are discharged via a number of new build soakaways. A new series of service trenches have been dug and the hard and landscaping areas constructed. |
