Project Description

The contract involved the building of 7 luxury homes in Harpenden. A new sub-station was built and an adoptable crossover constructed to allow access to the new development. A combination of resin bonde tarmac and permeable block paved roads are to be constructed using no dig techniques. The houses are traditional beam and block on mass pour foundation with claymaster to sides of excavation. We have also constructed a 2.5m high boundary wall faced on both elevations.
