Aden have become a Company Supporter of Lighthouse

Aden are now a Company Supporter of Lighthouse the Construction Industry Charity.

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2022, Aden have become a company supporter of Lighthouse, the Construction Industry Charity.

In the UK, two construction workers take their own lives every working day due to mental health related problems, including stress, anxiety, and depression.

As a Groundworks and Civil Engineering company, we recognise the importance of creating a supportive community for our colleagues.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. A crucial element of their strategy is to provide a wide range of free and widely available pro-active resources to support the industry.

Their 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline provides a range of free and confidential wellbeing support services. They also provide Mental Health training which will be available to all of our Employees and Operatives.

However, our focus on mental health will not end after this week. Here at Aden, we are committed to building mental health of our colleagues.
