We are delighted to announce that Aden Contracting has signed the Good Youth Employment Charter.

By signing the charter, it resonates Aden’s commitment to recruiting young adults through apprenticeships and paid employment. While agreeing to work towards a set of principles to be recognised as a Youth Friendly Employer.

The Good Youth Employment Charter has been developed in collaboration with a range of youth employment experts and young people including Youth Employment UK.

It aims to provide a framework to support, inspire and recognise all those employers who are committed to providing good quality opportunities to young people.
