We are very proud to announce we won the Diversity & Inclusion Award at the brand-new MK Apprenticeship Awards.

Awards like this would not be possible without the team’s constant hard work and dedication. So, a huge thank you to everyone involved.

We recognise the importance and ethical imperatives to address the significance of a sustainable workforce. Hiring apprentices for us at Aden Contracting is a productive and effective way to nurture talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. The benefits of apprentices to the groundworks industry are endless from bringing diversity into the built environment to creating opportunity and developing young people.
