Reducing Waste at Leighton Buzzard Leisure Centre with Civils and Lintels.
We're proud to share a new case study highlighting how a simple, sustainable solution helped reduce waste on site at Leighton Linslade Leisure Centre.
Working closely with Civils and Lintels, we tackled the challenge of non-returnable pallets delivered with Tobermore Pedesta Hydropave Paving. Since Tobermore, based in Ireland, couldn’t collect or recycle the pallets, Civils and Lintels stepped in to collect and reuse them at their local depot. Turning a potential waste issue into a circular, eco-friendly win.
💬 As Paul Munday from Civils and Lintels said:
“It’s a pleasure working with you all to overcome the occasional challenges that arise, enabling us to help you minimise waste on-site and avoid the unnecessary disposal of perfectly good pallets... This collaboration not only benefits both parties but also supports a more sustainable approach.”
This partnership is a great example of what’s possible when we think sustainably and work together to make a difference.
