We’re thrilled to announce that Aden was honoured with two prestigious awards at the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce SME Business Awards on Thursday, 19th June. We were named Apprentice Employer of the Year and also proudly received the Silver Award for Bedford Business of the Year.

These accolades are a true reflection of the unwavering commitment, hard work, and passion of our entire team. Every individual contributes to our ongoing success, and it’s through their dedication that we continue to grow and thrive. In particular, we want to shine a spotlight on our incredible apprentices. Their enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and willingness to learn have made a significant impact on our organisation, helping to shape the future of our business and the wider industry.

Winning Apprentice Employer of the Year is especially meaningful to us, as we believe strongly in nurturing emerging talent and providing opportunities for young professionals to develop meaningful careers. It reinforces our commitment to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment where apprentices can grow, gain hands-on experience, and become future leaders in their fields.
