On Thursday 15^th January, we were honoured to receive the Wates Construction South Safety, Health & Wellbeing Award at the South Supply Chain Event 2026. A huge thank you to Wates Group for this recognition.

Recognition like this speaks volumes about the culture within Aden, one built by our people and demonstrated every day through the consistency, professionalism, and care shown by our operatives on site.

A special mention goes to the teams who have worked on Wates projects over the past year. That said, the same consistently high standards can be seen being upheld across the company on a daily basis.

Awards of this nature don’t happen by chance. They are earned through the choices our teams make every day: working safely, looking out for one another, speaking up when something doesn’t look right, and maintaining a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.
