Aden are delighted to have recently secured the groundworks package for new build teaching and learning facility for our clients Wates Construction on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council with the subcontract being carried out under the NEC Option A.

Our scope of works incorporates a cut & fill strategy of the existing site topography with reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced concrete ground floor slab, drainage including attenuation tanks and foul pumping station. Utility services, and extensive external hard and soft landscaping works. Aden will also be carrying out the S278, S184 and S50 works to the local highway.

Early site enabling works commenced May 2023 with the main contract completion planned for Summer 2024.
