Chiltern Vale Health Hub

Project Description

Aden Contracting were on site at Chiltern Vale Health Hub, from May 2021 until completion, delivering the complete groundworks package for our clients Willmott Dixon.

Our scope of works consisted of mass fill foundations, lift pits, beam & block suspended floors, external hard paving and tarmac surfacing. In addition the works included Gabion retaining walls, storm and foul drainage and minor S278 works.

On completion the health and care hub will deliver health and wellbeing for the local community with support from the Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group as well as providing 98 new homes.
