Deneia Primary Academy

Project Description

Aden has been awarded a contract with our brand-new client, Kier Construction, for the delivery of the groundworks package at Deneia Primary Academy. The project is located on the former Waterbeach Barracks in Cambridgeshire and forms part of a wider development creating a new community-focused neighbourhood.

Deneia Primary Academy will provide 630 primary school places together with 78 pre-school places, establishing a central hub for education within the growing local community.

Aden’s scope of works comprises the construction of foundations to the new Primary School, Hall and Nursery buildings, alongside the installation of all associated external services and underground drainage. The works also include comprehensive external works, incorporating the construction of a block paved car park and the preparation of sports pitches, supporting the delivery of a modern and high-quality educational facility.
