Project Description
Aden has successfully secured the Early Works Groundworks Package for Morgan Sindall on the new-build Secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) School development at Kestrel Way, Luton.
The project encompasses the delivery of all enabling works and groundworks required to prepare the site for the main construction phase. Working in partnership with Morgan Sindall, Aden is delivering the critical infrastructure needed to support the construction of this important educational facility.
Scope of Works
- Section 278 and Section 106 highway and infrastructure works
- Site-wide cut and fill operations, including earthworks and formation level preparation
- Construction of piling mats to facilitate the foundations package
- Installation of the attenuation tank and associated drainage infrastructure
- Construction of foul and stormwater drainage networks
- Installation and coordination of below-ground services
- Construction of car park areas through to base course level
These works will establish the essential site infrastructure, drainage systems, service networks, and development platforms required for the successful delivery of the new school. Once complete, the project will provide a modern, purpose-built learning environment designed to support the needs of secondary-age students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
