Manor Drive Secondary Academy

Project Description

Manor Drive is a new build Secondary and Primary School in Peterborough for our Clients Wates Construction Ltd. The works included the construction of a new school building containing both teaching and support areas, as well as a four-court sports hall. In addition to this, new hard and soft landscaping including trees, hedgerows, grassed areas, seating, social spaces and security fencing was also included in the works. Furthermore, a welcoming entrance and community hub with cycle parking for students, visitors and staff, accessible car parking bays and servicing zone were also included in the build project.

The Groundworks package that Aden has provided is the Site Preparation, Substructure, Hard and Soft Landscaping, Drainage and External Services.
