Project Description
The Northfield House project is a redevelopment scheme located in Oxford, involving the demolition of the disused Northfield Hostel. In its place, two new residential blocks will be constructed, providing a total of 51 one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. Of these, 27 will be council homes let at social rent, while the remaining 24 will be offered as shared ownership properties, supporting the provision of much-needed affordable housing in the area.
Aden’s scope of works on this project includes the completion of all groundworks, the construction of ground floor slabs, and the installation of both foul and storm water drainage systems. The works will also involve the installation of a storm water attenuation tank, all associated services, and the execution of external works. In addition, Aden will carry out Section 278 works, including the connection of foul and storm water systems to existing infrastructure.
