Project Description

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Aden’s external hard landscaping works at the Northminster residential development in Peterborough for our client Willmott Dixon Construction.

This significant scheme now delivers 315 new homes, comprising one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with 37 townhouses. The development also includes two ground floor units offering leisure and hospitality commercial space opportunities, while residents benefit from enhanced public realm areas throughout the site.

Aden’s scope of works included all temporary and permanent works associated with the external groundworks, including but not limited to:

• Supply and installation of attenuation tanks, designed to manage stormwater effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental and engineering standards and proper integration with site drainage systems.

• Complete installation and connection of drainage systems, covering both surface water and foul drainage, carried out to design specifications and local authority requirements.

• Full execution of hard landscaping works, including installation of paving, kerbs, pathways, and all specified surfaces, delivering durable, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing finishes across the site.

• Undertaking Section 278 works required by the local highway authority, encompassing modifications and improvements to existing highways, access roads, footpaths, and associated infrastructure to meet all regulatory standards.

Throughout the project, Aden ensured timely delivery, coordinated closely with stakeholders, and maintained high standards of workmanship and compliance to support Willmott Dixon Construction in delivering this transformational scheme for Peterborough.
