Project Description

Aden have secured the external hard landscaping scheme at the Northminster residential development in Peterborough for our clients Willmott Dixon Construction. On completion the project will boast 315 units consisting of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and 37 townhouses. The two ground floor units present leisure and hospitality commercial space opportunities, and residents will also benefit from the improved public space in the area.

Aden's scope of works will include all temporary and permanent works in connection with the external groundworks but not limited to; Supply and install, attenuation tanks designed to manage storm water on the site. Ensure all installation work meets relevant environmental and engineering standards, including proper connection to the site’s drainage systems.

Complete the installation and connection of drainage systems, including both surface water and foul drainage. Ensure all drainage work is carried out to design specifications and complies with local authority requirements.

Execute all hard landscaping works, including the installation of paving, kerbs, pathways, and other specified surfaces. Ensure that all hard landscaping is completed to the highest standards, providing durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes.

Undertake Section 278 works as required by the local highway authority, including modifications and improvements to existing highways, access roads, footpaths, and any associated infrastructure. Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure that all Section 278 works meet regulatory standards and project specifications. Aden is responsible for completing all groundworks within the agreed timeframe, with regular updates on progress and adherence to project milestones.
