Shurgard Cheshunt

Project Description

Aden Contracting is pleased to confirm the award of a new project in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, for our valued client, Mitchell Design and Construction. The development comprises the construction of a new Lidl store and Shurgard self-storage facility, covering a total area of approximately 3,000sqm.

Aden will be delivering the full groundworks package for the scheme. The contract will be delivered over a 26-week period, split into two separate site visits. Our scope of works includes reinforced concrete walls and upstands, drainage works incorporating foul and storm pump stations along with a sewage treatment plant, installation of site services, and all external works including concrete service yard slabs, paving, and tarmac.

This project continues our strong relationship with Mitchell Design and Construction and reinforces Aden Contracting’s experience in delivering high-quality groundwork solutions for complex commercial developments.
