Project Description
The project encompasses a comprehensive range of groundworks for Siemens Mobility in Biggleswade. Aden's detailed scope of works includes;
The installation of an effective soak away system for storm water management. Excavation and preparation of the site, installation and ensuring proper infiltration and drainage.
Supply and installation of a foul water treatment tank. Excavation and preparation of the site. Connection of the tank to the foul water drainage system. Testing and commissioning of the treatment tank to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Installation of foul and storm water drainage systems, including piping and manholes. Incorporation of ACO M200D drainage channels for effective surface water management. Ensuring all drainage systems are properly connected to the respective treatment and disposal points. Ensuring compliance with all relevant drainage regulations and standards.
Installation of necessary utility services, including water, electricity, gas, and telecommunications. Trenching and laying of service conduits and pipes.
Excavation and preparation of foundation trenches for new offices and outbuildings. Construction of reinforced concrete foundations as per structural design specifications. Ensuring proper curing and setting of concrete foundations to achieve full strength.
Installation of Cell Pave HD to create a sustainable and durable access road. Construction of car parks also using Cell Pave HD to provide a stable and permeable surface.
On the successful completion of the groundworks for our client CR Reynolds the project will result in efficient water management systems, solid infrastructure for new buildings, and sustainable access and parking solutions for the New IR Depot.
