Project Description

The ultra-low carbon Space Business Centre project in Leamington Spa, Warwick, is a new business centre comprising of 61 commercial units in Tachbrook Park. Aden Contracting Ltd were contracted by A C Lloyd to carry out the whole groundworks package for this project.

The works consisted of reinforced concrete foundations and ground floor slabs, drainage, services, external works, associated carparking and hard and soft landscaping.
