Aden successfully delivered the groundworks and infrastructure package for Farrans on this landmark care village development, creating a high-quality environment designed to support independent living and specialist care for older residents.

The completed scheme comprises a modern 72-bed care home with private gardens, designed to the latest standards with a strong focus on infection control and resident wellbeing. The development also includes an 8-bed short-stay unit and 88 independent living apartments for over-55s, providing a vibrant and supportive community setting.

Residents benefit from a range of exclusive amenities, including private recreational facilities, a residents-only lounge and landscaped roof gardens. The wider development features a variety of shared community facilities, including a pub-style social space, salon, function rooms and dedicated accommodation for healthcare professionals.

Aden’s scope of works included the construction of the piling platform, reinforced concrete foundations, below-ground drainage infrastructure, permeable car parking areas, landscaped courtyards and new adoptable roadways, providing the essential groundwork and infrastructure to support the successful delivery of the development.
