Project Description

Aden have secured the main works package for our new clients Farrans. The extensive project will include a 72-bed care home with private garden, all designed to modern standards that deliver excellent infection control. The scheme will also include 8-bed short stay units and 88 independent living apartments for the over 55s. Also including private recreational facilities, a shared resident-only lounge and roof gardens. Alongside shared community facilities like a pub-style setting salon, function rooms and dedicated space for the use of health professionals.

Aden’s works will consist of the piling platform, reinforced foundations, below ground drainage, permeable car parking, landscaped court yards and new adoptable roadways.
