Tiffield SEN School

Project Description

The new build SEN school in Tiffield will provide places for children age 4 to 19 on the autistic spectrum continuum, with speech, language and communication needs and with severe learning difficulties. The new school will be delivered under the Department for Education Free school presumption process. Aden have been awarded the groundworks package by our clients Willmott Dixon Construction and will carry out the completion of all civil engineering and groundworks for the construction of the new school. We are to complete the following works: Site Strip, cut and fill to new levels. Excavation and casting of new foundations, including casting in of holding down bolts for steel frame. All substructure works to form new ground floor slab, including water proofing, substructure brick work, formwork and concrete works. Construction of new foul and storm water drainage network. Installation of New substation base and all incoming service to the new school. Hard and soft landscaping works surrounding the school. Construction of a new site entrance, access route and new carpark Construction of new MUGA and play area and the New Unilog retaining wall system.
