Project Description

Aden have secured the Groundworks package for Morgan Sindall on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council. Having successfully carried out Flitwick Leisure Centre for the same Client / Design Team previously, has contributed to our award of Kingsland Leisure Centre. Given the high water table on the site an extensive Dewatering scheme has been adopted by Aden to safely assist with our substructure construction methods.

The scheme generally consists of a new build Leisure facility incorporating 3 reinforced concrete swimming pools of varying sizes, substructure reinforced concrete foundations, walls and slabs, reinforced concrete Upper floor slab works, drainage including attenuation tanks, backwash and foul pumping stations, utility services and extensive external hard and soft landscaping works.
